Join us at the library to enjoy stories, crafts, and creative play!

Our Children’s Librarian reads a book to children, and often includes audience participation such as clapping or saying a phrase.  Afterwards the children and adults move to the upper level of the library for a craft that relates to the book.

An interactive game played with one of our librarians where the kids make-up scenarios based on the lead from The Dungeon Master (the librarian!)  It builds a child’s creativity while having fun!

Our popular Senior Crafternoons are offered three times a month! Enjoy the same make-and-take craft class, same time, same location–with multiple sessions to choose from! There's no cost to participate--all the supplies you'll need are provided. Class size is limited. Please preregister at the Circulation desk! 

Funding for Senior Crafternoon is provided by the Pennsylvania Rural Arts Alliance from the 1889 Foundation Creative Health Impact Grant.
