DESCRIPTION:Calling all birders, seasoned and novice! Join us for a Backya
 rd Bird Walk in Stackhouse Park with Allegheny Plateau Audubon Society. M
 eet at the Ranger Station near the Luzerne Street entrance. Dress for outd
 oor temps and plan for about a mile long walk, with the option for a longe
 r walk depending on conditions. If weather is hazardous, walk will be canc
 elled. Cambria County Library will provide a free DIY pinecone bird feede
 r to take home, and there'll be plenty of birding resources on hand. 
 We will also have information available about free birding and nature apps
 , including iNaturalist and Merlin. Participants can also learn how to bec
 ome part of the City Nature Challenge in Cambria County and join a global 
 collaboration to document and celebrate biodiversity in our region!
